How long will it take to receive my order?
Because every item is made to order and fulfilled entirely by one person, please allow a processing time of [7] to [10] business days before your order ships. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.
What does "made to order" mean?
Instead of keeping a large inventory in a warehouse, your clothing is created specifically for you the moment you place your order. This helps eliminate waste, allows for careful attention to detail, and ensures that every piece meets a high standard of quality.
Can I customize or change my order once it's placed?
Because production begins shortly after your order is received, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated once a purchase is finalized. Please double-check your sizes, colors, and shipping address before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each item is uniquely made to order and handled by a solo operator, I am unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
While I inspect every item before it leaves my hands, mistakes can happen! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within [info@atgbrand.store]with in 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will gladly work with you to make it right and send a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship to [US] only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?
Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, shipping speeds and delays are out of my hands. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. If your package appears lost in transit after [3] days, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
